Specializes in lecturing management modules to Professional Master’s and MBA learners. Has served as an Academic Advisor and Part-Time Resident Lecturer for UTMSPACE programmes, contributing to the success of many graduates who have excelled in their respective fields. Successfully organized certification programmes under the "Unemployed Graduates" scheme in 2015, providing valuable career training and opportunities for advancement. Co-supervises learners in Wilmington Metropolitan University (WMU) programmes (PhD, DBA, MBA, BBA) through to graduation. Has been a principal trainer since 2007 (TTT/00700 & EET/0021, PSMB/HRDCORP, 2007).
